　　IQVIA is a leading provider of healthcare data and software services to global healthcare and

　　pharmaceutical companies. Our team develops modern cloud-based software to help our customers succeed with quality and timeline engagements with their key customers (HCPs, HCOs, etc). As a part of our rapid growth, our team is expanding. We currently have Product Customer Success opportunities available in China. IQVIA supports a work anywhere approach – be that from home, in one of our offices or at a customer location.

　　Our Global Product Customer Success (PCS) team are pivotal in ensuring our customers have a liaison to the product team. Our China PCS resource will work collaboratively with our global product and local China business teams to ensure:

　　• Product Success through Customer (internal / external) satisfaction

　　• Assisting with closing key deals,

　　• Developing product evangelists

　　The PCS team uses their product expertise and industry knowledge to engage with all different customer segments, explaining the benefits of new release features, managing upgrades/migrations, resolving issues, sharing best practices, and identifying product areas for enhancements.

　　Successful candidates for this role will have demonstrated experience in the following:

　　REQUIRED

　　o Customer Success or Account Management experience in a technical setting, preferably CRM and Customer Engagement platforms

　　o Background in Life Sciences Commercial industry and Salesforce experience.

　　o Able to identify and interpret customer/environment needs, document and communicate these to the product owners

　　o Demonstrated skill in communicating with Senior Leadership

　　o Proven success in building strong customer relationships, both internal and external

　　o Data analysis, insight development and delivery of recommendations

　　o Thrive in a fast paced environment and effectively manage changing priorities, balance of multiple customers’ needs and projects

　　o Ability to develop and/or deliver presentations or demonstration to clients and key stakeholders

　　o Candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in China

　　o Fluent in English
