Dignity Health’s Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit Community clinic organization comprised of more than 40 health centers located primarily from Ventura to Templeton spanning the coast. Our experienced physicians and advanced practice providers offer a wide range of primary and specialty care services. PHC is a part of Dignity Health Central Coast’s award-winning network of outstanding hospitals imaging centers laboratories and post-acute services.
Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Welcomes and assists patients family members and other visitors with information regarding department services. Serves as a liaison between hospital departments personnel physician offices and assists with problem resolution and coordinates and organizes the surgery scheduling process.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a medical office enviornment with knowledge of medical surgical terminology.
High School Diploma
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to use a computer.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to participate as a member of a team; and reliability and punctuality.
Excellent customer service and public relations skills

Pay Range
$19.73 - $27.13 /hour
