Description

RRobert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Specialist to assist one of our non-profit clients. This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience with Paylocity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, benefit administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for serving organizations that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using Paylocity.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.

Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, updates, and answering benefit-related inquiries.

Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax forms.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and state/federal regulations.

Reconcile payroll discrepancies and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and seamless benefit administration.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.

Proficiency in Paylocity is required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

Experience in benefit administration is a plus.
