About Produce Clerk

　　Duties include: Assist produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing. Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality. Clean department according to company standards. Shock all green leaf vegetables. Assist in unloading trucks and breaking down product. Core pineapples. Follow the company food safety program. Keep workstation and area around workstation neat and clean. Department is to be sanitized and cleaned at least twice a day. Responsible for attending on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
