For GS-05 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS-04 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) use of automated systems to complete administrative office support functions such as ordering supplies, answering emails, maintaining calendars, and assisting with system questions; 2) experience working with various visitors, directing them to appropriate office representatives or answering questions when needed; and 3) experience maintaining accurate files and supply levels with frequent input and direction from a supervisor. OR Education: Successful completion of four years of education above the high school level. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of post high school education and specialized experience that equates to one year of experience. For GS-06 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) preparing and reviewing procurement documents, ordering supplies, answering emails, maintaining calendars, and assisting with system questions; 2) experience working with various visitors, directing them to appropriate office representatives or answering questions when needed; and 3) experience maintaining accurate files and supply levels with moderate levels of input and direction from a supervisor. For GS-07 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) procurement support duties; reviewing and monitoring contractor performance of project requirements; 2) analyze invoices, contracts to clearly document and identify discrepancies; and 3) develop requested solutions for the Contractor, the Contracting office, and serving as a government purchase card holder.
