As the Procurement Manager, your role will be crucial in overseeing our procurement function, ensuring the efficient sourcing and procurement of materials, products, and services to support our operations. You will collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives

　　Identify and assess potential suppliers, nurturing strong supplier relationships.

　　Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services, while optimizing costs and meeting deadlines.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accurately forecast demand, effectively manage inventory, and continually enhance supplier performance.

　　Stay attuned to market trends, potential supply chain risks, and emerging technologies, driving innovation and constant improvement.

　　Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

　　Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

　　Lead and facilitate contract and agreement negotiations, addressing terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

　　Monitor supplier performance and take corrective measures as needed.

　　Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.

　　Demonstrate proficiency in navigating global supply chains, understanding demand fluctuations, logistic intricacies, and market dynamics to optimize procurement, production, and distribution strategies.

　　Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

　　Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role

　　Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations

　　Proficient in Epicor

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Strong negotiation and communication skills

　　Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

　　Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus

　　SAP experience is a plus
