　　We are looking for:

　　Join our Procurement eSourcing team within the context of Solvay Group's digital transformation, focusing on accelerating e-sourcing capabilities. This role is key in supporting and enhancing Sourcing activities and contributing to the knowledge base and capabilities within the Global Business Service Procurement Service Line organization.

　　We count on you for:

　　Prepare tools essential for executing Sourcing Activities (RFx & eAuctions)

　　Conduct mock/live e-auctions for business purposes

　　Develop Analysis Matrix for eSourcing Events

　　Provide support for RFx and/or eAuction processes

　　Assist buyers in data management, leading to the creation of events

　　Support and train suppliers on e-sourcing specifics

　　Foster a culture embracing the adoption of eSourcing tools in alignment with Solvay governance.

　　You will bring:

　　Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

　　Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

　　Other languages (namely French) are a plus

　　Prior background in Procurement or sourcing tools: experience in Procurement tools and processes

　　Understanding of tool management preparation and knowledge of the procurement process

　　Good communication skills, with a supportive mindset

　　Problem-Solving capabilities

　　High level of initiative
