Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Analyst II to join our team in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
The Procurement Analyst II assists with creating and updating acquisition and assistance templates. They assist in preparing policy and guidance, such as information alerts, acquisition operating instructions, and administrative policies and instructions.
The Procurement Analyst II prepares, updates, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to duties. They assist in researching acquisition and/or assistance issues, maintains, and contributes to weekly and monthly reporting.
They support the team in identifying ways to reduce costs through competitive sourcing initiatives. Create complex spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations using e-procurement tools.
Manages the end-to-end, procure-to-pay process, including reviewing and approving Purchase Orders that align with fully executed agreements.
Supports and enforces compliance with procurement policies, procures goods and administers Purchase Orders of moderate dollar value, risk, and complexity.
Recommends suppliers based on gathered information and may also recommend improvements to procurement processes and procedures. They assist with special projects and provide direction to subordinate personnel.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an IT- related discipline and at least two (2) years of position- relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be a United States Citizen
Physical Requirement:
Must be able to be in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time.The projected compensation range for this position is $53,600-$88,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
