Description

　　This candidate will provide ongoing support to the Procure-to-Pay platform users by providing training materials assisting with issue escalation.

　　· Understands Supply Chain Finance including Accounts Payable and Field Operations

　　· Provides excellent customer service during client escalations and issue resolution.

　　· Manage support tickets to SLA.

　　· Ongoing Support

　　· Point of contact for support team’s user and client issues/questions

　　· Manage all business process and system escalations through the proper channel.

　　· Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the business process.

　　· Provide additional support to the Procurement Platform Owners and myBuy support teams as needed.

　　· Deliver training to end users as needed and assist in creating job aids or tip sheets.

　　Requirements

　　Years of Experience needed: 5 Years Required

　　Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree

　　Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite Coupa Peoplesoft and JDE proficiency is required

　　Certifications/Licenses: n/a

　　Top 5 Must have Skills:

　　· Experience using Coupa Peoplesoft and JDE

　　· Ability to work productively and influence change within a large complex organization

　　· Understanding of procurement accounting and finance processes

　　· Proven problem-solving skills

　　· High attention to detail and accuracy within a high-volume work environment

　　Remote - Must be in EST or CST time zones.
