Major Duties:Provide comprehensive authoritative technical advice and supportservices to agency personnel to facilitate procurements as assigned.Conduct technical reviews and provide assistance in the detailedanalysis of contractual documents including specifications. Develop andprepare memorandums, policy statements, procedural guidelines, positionpapers, reports and responses for varying audiences and managementofficials. Coordinate and facilitate customer review boards whenwarranted. Participate, when requested, on integrated procurement teams,customer review teams, and customer advisory boards. Consistentlycommunicates and treats customers, internal and external, in acourteous, tactful, professional, and respectful manner. Possess broadexperience in all phases of the acquisition process to measure andevaluate both policy and operations through the review of reportingsystems, site visits, in-house reviews, and through analysis of eachcase handled.
