Responsibilities
Develop and execute a top tier content and brand strategy that drives Constructor’s growth as a brand within our industry
Work directly with our PR firm to create an on-going thought leadership and press release plan in collaboration with product, partners and internal stakeholders
Be a cross functional leader working directly with Marketing Operations to ensure robust reporting on the efficacy of our brand and content
Become the watch-owl internally and externally for our brand alignment for all departments across the organization, ensuring consistency
Serve as our editor in chief for all go to market content pieces
Organize and lead high performing content marketers and creative teams to deliver high results
Partner with internal leadership, ensuring the cross-functional leadership is driving their personal brand for professional impact with Constructor
Align closely with product marketing - creating a streamlined communication for Constructor’s product for external messaging
Build brand identifies aligned with product marketing, for our product suite
Create clear, concise, non-jargon messaging for our external audiences
Ensure Constructor’s social media, video and SEO strategy aligns with our growth goals
Requirements
5+ years experience within brand and content, including but not limited to color palette, product suite, typography, brand alignment internally and externally, collaboration with product marketing, marketing and leadership
Proven ability to manage and mentor individuals
Experience launching large cross functional, multi channel campaigns
Deep experience in content strategy development that aligns with paid, SEO and social media as well as corporate goals
