The Accounting Clerk will beresponsible to perform accounting support functions in accordance withstandard procedures in one or more of the following areas: generalaccounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a relatedfinancial area.

　　Knowledge and Qualifications:

　　-Performs basic accounting duties.

　　-Ensures data is entered accurately and processed in a timely manner.

　　-Invoice creation, ensuring the proper invoice terms, dates, andproducts.

　　-Distributes information to applicable managers and/or assistantcontroller in a timely manner.

　　-Invoice auditing and review, including invoices created by other teammembers.

　　-Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to manage paperwork.

　　-Support other members of the accounting department, including filing,scanning, and mailing.

　　-Associates degree in Business/Accounting or related field preferredcomparable work experience will be considered.

　　-The successful candidate will possess a high level of proficiency withMicrosoft Excel and be able to manipulate data to assist management inaccurately analyzing information across various platforms -Excellentcommunication skills, and attention to detail are crucial.

　　Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm

　　Duration: Full-time, long term position

　　Salary: \$17.00 per hour
