Automation / Process Engineer w/Electronics

　　You’ll oversee existing manufacturing infrastructure related to PCBA production. It involves understanding of electronics design but also the modern ways of provisioning and encrypting electronics chips.

　　Your role will be to maintain and supervise the encryption process and it’s surrounding environment. Also upgrading and deploying encryption infrastructure on new production line. As a part of Process Engineering pilar will be the first line of response and troubleshooting in case of any issues.

　　What you will do:

　　Managing of PKI (encryption) infrastructure with relation to PCBA production,

　　Manage project scope, project schedule, project costs and project risks with relation to PKI system,

　　Foresee problems, risks, and potential issues in the system,

　　Preparing solutions or mitigation plan to potential risks,

　　Work directly with the Product Development teams on existing product evolution and new product development,

　　Work closely with Product Department to create future strategy for PKI system expansion,

　　Troubleshoot PCBA on a basic level to have a deep understanding of existing devices and their potential flaws,

　　Troubleshoot networks and VPN connections,

　　Logging in and navigating over cloud-based systems like AWS/Azure,

　　This position may require some domestic and international travel 30%.

　　What you need to have:

　　Engineering Degree in Electronics or Computer Science,

　　A minimum of 4 years hands on experience working as IT, automation, Software or Electronics Engineer,

　　Basic understanding of PCBA design and troubleshooting,

　　High Level of Networking aptitude, incl. IP Networking knowledge, computer system knowledge and databases.

　　Good English skills,

　　Industrial integration and Industrial automation experience,

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see problems as an opportunity.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
