To support our long-term development and to meet customers’ business needs, we are looking for talents to join our team.
Within our Sales and Process department, we are hiring a Process Engineer to support our advanced packaging development with our partner in Grenoble area.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
You overall manage customer engagement within a pre-defined partnership Scope of Work, with set of clear technical deliverables and timeline.
You own the qualification and continuous development of key unit processes at our customer site.
You implement regular qualifications and other checks needed to ensure repeatable process performance. You perform troubleshooting in case of process deviation.
You collaborate with adjacent unit process owners to develop and optimize process recipe’s per product requirements by running process engineering experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and making conclusions.
You are able to hold integration discussion, with the goal of translating device roadmap into tools requirements
You proactively drive communication and coordination with our internal development team based in Singapore. You become an extension of that team.
You generate internal and external documentation for tool process status, roadmap, action plans, improvement plans and technical reports.
You follow policies to protect customer and company Intellectual Property.
You adhere to the security policy and quality standards of Applied Materials and its customers.
Your profile:
You have semiconductor experience working with advanced equipment.
5-10 years of professional experience. Experience in Packaging and heterogenous Integration is a plus.
You can work autonomously, taking data-driven decisions with limited supervision.
Fluent in English & French.
You are willing to travel to other customer sites or Business Unit (5%- 25% of the time, depending on overall activity requirements).
Engineering degree, Master or PhD with technical background like electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry or physics.
You build and maintain customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication and responsiveness.
