We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Process Engineer within our Chemical Manufacturing Plant located in New Johnsonville, TN.

§ Tracks and verifies improvements results and savings.
Assists in coordinating engineering studies and projects, while also following through to completion on engineering assignments.
Reviews Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, P&ID’s, PFD’s, and other process safety information. Checks for technical accuracy, completeness, and
§ safety information and related training.
Provides training to production, maintenance, and other departments, in the proper operations and care of equipment in areas of expertise. Develops the necessary
§ other personnel on working safely.
Supports and fulfills the requirements of the plant’s Food Safety program and ISO Quality System.
Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by Plant Management.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals and information. Ability to effectively present technical information to individuals with a non-technical background. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to analyze data and determine reliability of process and equipment. Proficient in computer systems and computer applications. Working knowledge of project management principles. Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, stooping is required.
