Assist with programs from concept through development and production. Assist in plant operations contributing towards improving manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques. Manage customer programs from development through the production process, insuring that time lines and budgets are met. Ensure that quotations are developed in a timely manner, and coordinate delivery of the quotations with the sales agent responsible.  Work with all departments to insure the proper tools, fixtures, and other equipment is included to meet productivity, quality, and cost objectives established by YAPP USA Automotive Systems, Inc. for similar products. Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments in the establishment of control plans (DFMEA, PFMEA, Operator Instruction Sheets, Fixture Operation Sheets, Set up sheets, Parameter sheets ), and any other applicable documents necessary to support the Operation and its' Quality System). Participate in Advance Product Quality Planning for all parts, be involved in the development and design of tooling, fixtures and machines. Work with the Customer and Quality Department to ensure prototypes and samples are delivered in a timely manner, meeting all aspects of the customer specification, and documentation is completed and delivered on time (PPAP, DLS, etc.). Conduct process studies and make recommendations for process, machine and material improvements to enhance manufacturing and maintenance efficiencies. Participate in the development of the annual business plan, long-range plan, and other action-oriented plans as directed by management.  Ensure that action-oriented plans for his department are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that he/she is in compliance with established work rules and procedures regarding performance or work, etc. Ensure there are no interruptions or errors due to lack of giving or seeking information by fully informing the supervisor of all events affecting plant operations. Ensure that all aspects of his/her area of responsibility are in full compliance with the quality system in place at the operation at all times.
