Position Summary
Leverages knowledge of end-to-end master data flow and business processes to scope and partner with IT/business stakeholders to implement enterprise processes and solutions, primarily within ERP. Provides business process, system support and data quality governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders. Provides business approval of changes by coordinating/conducting business testing and system validation including troubleshooting issues related to master data management and system operation. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes. Identifies, reviews and evaluates master data management metrics. Supports the business by aggregating business data through analytics and reporting. Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality, integrations and availability across the enterprise. Develops and promotes master data and system strategy. Provides training and support on master data/ERP process to users.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; 6 y+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience
Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience
