We are looking for a Process Champion Supplier Services EU , based in Barcelona . You will support activities in all the Supplier Services departments: Vendor Master Data, PO Coordinators, Scanning + Accounts Payable, Disbursements, T&E and Credit Card administration.
You will belong to a c ross functional team of Process Strategy, Optimization and System Integrations . This larger team owns the global work processes and SAP enterprise design for Customer to Cash, Payroll, and Requisition to Pay .
You’ll be accountable for assuring that processes across Supplier Services are well defined, and that Supplier Services employees understand and apply them correctly, while ensuring processes are aligned to global standards.
You’ll support activities by thoroughly understanding the nature of the sub-teams within Supplier Services and acting as a coordinator and/or resource for projects, implementations, testing, Power User development and process documentation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the integration of both newly acquired and organically grown business into the existing digital technology landscape for the EU and Africa area.
As Process Champion, you will:
Deploy strategies and standards, meeting the requirements of the multiple countries and businesses served by Shared Business Services.
Lead Merger & Acquisition related corporate strategies in Europe and Africa with the support of the Global Process Manager.
Best-practice sharing and process convergence between Supplier Services sub Deploy improvement projects with the support of the Process Manager.
Support Process Manager to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
What you should have:
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level. Preferably in a Supply Chain related discipline.
Fluent in English and preferably other European languages.
2 years Project execution experience, preferably some knowledge / understanding of Shared Services Centers.
High level SAP skills (preferably within a MM/FI environment).
Skills:
Good influencing skills.
Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Self starter.
Great interpersonal skills, being able to share complex process information tailored to various levels of expertise within the company.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
Team player.
Outstanding planning skills.
