　　Responsibilities

　　Record all customer payments to the correct reports

　　Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines

　　Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence

　　Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

　　Correctly process bankruptcy filings when received

　　Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity

　　Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations

　　Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, written correspondence, phone contact, and making arrangements for payment

　　Ensure the processing of payments Requirements - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

　　2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience

　　Hands-on experience with EO/IR systems

　　Skills in HS Diploma

　　Quality experience with Recovery

　　Foundational knowledge in Phone Presenc

　　Earlier work involving commercial collections

　　Well-founded grasp of credit

　　Comprehension of Assigned Portfolio

　　Wide ranging experience with Onsite

　　General familiarity with Oracle

　　Experience with Problem Account

　　Collection Processes experience

　　Expertise in contracts

　　Previous experience working with Repossession

　　Proven knowledge of Perform Ad Hoc Financial

　　Practical knowledge of Delinquencies

　　Good understanding of Skip Tracing

　　Inbound Outbound Calls experience

　　Microsoft Excel experience desired

　　Previous experience using accounting software

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

　　Effectively analyze customer accounts make decisions based on said analyses
