　　SUMMARY

　　The Specialist Ops Support provides Nuclear Generation and the Station support, as required. Develops and enhances procedures, instructions, and guidelines based on Condition Report actions, procedure feedback, or direction from supervision documented in Condition Reports in accordance with approved schedules, priorities, and guidelines. Prepares and revises procedures as assigned to include comment resolution. Solicits user feedback and evaluates the feedback for procedure enhancement. Provides Nuclear Generation and the Station, as required, supports in the development and maintenance of procedures and guidelines.

　　EDUCATION

　　•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering. Without a degree, five years’ experience in one or any combination of the following:

　　Nuclear Power Plant Ops, Engineering, Construction or Startup or Military Nuclear Ops. (Preferred)

　　EXPERIENCE

　　Level 1 0-1 Years procedure development, revision, and enhancement activities. (Required)

　　Level 2 Minimum 2 Years procedure development, revision, and enhancement activities. (Required)

　　Level 3 Minimum 3 Years procedure development, revision, and enhancement activities. (Required)

　　Journey Level Minimum 4 Years procedure development, revision, and enhancement activities. (Required)

　　LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

　　GET II Qualification (Required)

　　Procedure Professionals Association Writer Certification (Required)

　　ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Develops and enhances procedures, instructions, and guidelines based on Condition Report actions, procedure feedback, or direction from supervision documented in Condition Reports in accordance with approved schedules, priorities, and guidelines.

　　Prepares and revises procedures as assigned to include comment resolution.

　　Solicits user feedback and evaluate the feedback for procedure enhancement.

　　Participates in continuous improvement planning and implementation for Operations Support.

　　Actively participates in assigned committees, task forces, and industry working groups.

　　Prepares guidelines, revision, and enhancement activities in accordance with approved schedules, priorities, and guidelines.

　　OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Accept ERO position as needed.

　　Accept outage position as needed.

　　SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

　　Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access.

　　Ability to track work activities planned, in progress and completed as assigned.

　　Knowledge of plant design, operations, and generation procedures.

　　Ability to use mathematics to compute job completion times for budgeting and work planning.

　　Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).

　　Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure or during plant emergencies.

　　WORKING CONDITIONS

　　Overtime and alternate work schedules as needed.

　　Subject to callouts twenty-four hours per day seven days per week.
