　　Key Responsibilities

　　This customer service centered position requires someone who’s a quick learner, embodies a calming demeanor and isn't shy about engaging with customers daily. They enjoy problem-solving, handling diverse issues independently and as part of a team to provide our customers with a complete and satisfying experience. You will work with a well engaged and passionate team committed to building quality products and assuring our customers’ operations run smoothly.

　　Answer incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

　　Record customer information within our customer service database

　　Issue Service Calls to our nationwide service providers

　　Fully engage customer to perform troubleshooting for non-functioning products

　　Issue replacement parts with our customer service database

　　Perform post service call follow up with customers

　　Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

　　Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

　　Contact vendors to request technical guidance and replacement parts

　　Competencies and skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Excellent time management skills

　　Associate Degree or higher

　　Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

　　4 days per week in-office in Global Industrial’s Port Washington, NY headquarters
