　　Responsibilities

　　Operates xerox fleet of printing equipment to:

　　Process Banks, Mutual Funds, Transportation, Health care type documents and checks,

　　works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs.

　　Works during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as - Month Ends, Quarter Ends and Year End type volume.

　　Able to handle multiple Printers

　　Operates our Xerox fleet of printers -Good verbal and written communication.

　　Detailed oriented.

　　Works well with numbers and can work independently.

　　Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks

　　Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.

　　Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.

　　Monitors the equipment on an on-going basis.

　　Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

　　Completes all required documentation.

　　Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.

　　Addresses troubleshooting issues
