The AWS Marketing team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to driving the email marketing tech roadmap impacting customer growth and revenue. The Principal TPM also works cross-functionally with technology teams across AWS Marketing and 3rd party vendor engineering teams to track dependencies and drive development. The Principal TPM contributes to facilitating on-time and quality email technology roadmap delivery. By innovating processes, this role aims to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. The Principal TPM owns communication with the internal organization's and cross-team leadership, providing timely project updates and escalating critical issues when needed. Additionally, the Principal TPM fosters seamless project execution, ensuring business continuity and delivery of key overall organizational goals.Key job responsibilitiesIn this technical role, you will dive deep to drive the technical roadmap for email.* Manage technology programs with broad cross-organizational and/or cross-business impact. Define requirements, negotiate priorities, and deliver the solutions and mechanisms.* Produce written and verbal communication on technology choices, trade-offs, and potential solutions to leaders and drive alignment.* You will have responsibility through the full program life cycle, from strategy, prioritization and implementation to adoption and iteration with customersAbout the teamIn this role, you will work in a cross-functional team, partnering with engineers, software development managers, technical product managers, business intelligence analysts, and leadership to delivery an email technology roadmap that offers new capabilities for customers and marketers. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
