Overview

　　As a Principal Engineer, you will work closely with multiple teams across various foundational areas of our application. You will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence across multiple key domains, including email, analytics, mobile, SMS, landing pages, content generation, and automations. Your mission will be to lead a talented group of professionals in developing and enhancing our core product suite to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of our industry. We are looking for someone that is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

　　What you'll bring

　　You have 12+ years of experience in hands-on software development roles across various technology areas, including (but not limited to) front-end development, back-end development, AI/ML development, data solutions, and modernizing architecture.

　　You have extensive experience working in large-scale distributed technology environments with teams spanning many locations.

　　You have exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

　　You have significant experience building and scaling consumer facing SaaS products and the underlying infrastructure necessary for supporting extreme growth.

　　You have experience with PHP, MySQL, React, Go, GCP, AWS.

　　You are highly adaptable and flexible and able to provide clarity and encouragement for your surrounding teams.

　　You are able to communicate effectively with all levels and backgrounds of collaborators across all departments.

　　You are customer obsessed and focused on providing technical solutions to our customer’s problems and pain points.

　　You will collaborate with department and company leadership to help set the technical direction for Intuit Mailchimp’s strategy.

　　You'll drive significant technology initiatives end to end and across multiple layers of product and architecture.

　　You'll lead and support technical projects supporting roadmaps across the company.

　　You'll ensure the highest standards for engineering design, implementation, and testing.

　　You'll provide and inspire innovations that fuel company growth as a whole.

　　You'll mentor and train other engineers of all levels.
