　　Come join Intuit ProTax Group (PTG) as a Senior Manager for the Acquisition Data and Analytics team!

　　Grow the ProTax Group’s acquisition capabilities into a robust, market leading engine of growth for Intuit. Lead a team of data analysts, data scientists and data engineers to optimize our Go-To-Market activities, boosting acquisition and driving incremental revenue.

　　Intuit’s ProTax Group (“PTG”) markets tax preparation software for professional tax preparers. This industry has very strong customer loyalty, passion for our products and need for exemplary accuracy. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for the measurement, insights, and optimization efforts across all acquisition channels. Success in acquiring new tax preparation firms to one of PTG’s three product families {Lacerte, ProConnect Tax Online, ProSeries } will be the primary focus of this position.

　　What you'll bring

　　Experience directly managing a team of 5-10 analysts

　　Strong data storytelling skills and ability to influence senior leaders

　　Expertise with digital channel optimization & attribution

　　Demonstrated experience in exceeding B2B marketing and sales funnel optimization (mid-market desired)

　　Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and optimizations

　　Significant SQL & visual reporting expertise – emphasis on delivering new insights

　　Desired Tool Experience:

　　Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, ideally Salesforce

　　Database Queries, ideally Databricks + AWS

　　Visual Reporting abilities, ideally Tableau

　　Demonstrated empathy for on-site operations and front-line employees

　　Lead and develop a world class team of data analysts, coaching technical and strategic skill sets

　　Be a central analytics leader across cross-functional teams, driving analytics thought leadership and supporting business decisions

　　Proactively influence wide range of stakeholders

　　Maintain and improve marketing data infrastructure, working with data engineers to collect critical data from upstream sources

　　Improve the durability of data pipelines, and construct data models to enable analytics use cases

　　Application of predictive modelling to drive improved business results
