　　Azure SRE teams strive to improve reliability fundamentals via software engineering, preferring long-lasting platform improvements delivered as engineering projects over repetitive manual operations. We contribute to the product fundamentals and architecture, share knowledge, and code, and prefer reuse over re-invention, always looking for ways to make what we build useful to multiple teams and products.

　　Responsibilities

　　Collaboratewith stakeholders to identify user requirements, incorporating feedback and actionable metrics into future designs.

　　Contributeto product architecture, helps create proposals, owns solutions, and ensures security and compliance. Assist in testing plans and automation features.

　　Implementcode for products, services, or features with a focus on extensibility and maintainability. Reviewcode for quality, reliability, and adherence to coding standards.

　　Executeproject plans, breakdown work items, conductexperimentation, and support safe deployment of features.

　　Managelive service operations, act as a DRI on call, integrates telemetry data, and contributes to data analysis for system health.

　　Engineering Excellence: Improve developer tools, contributeto automation in production, ensurecompliance with security and privacy, and staycurrent with industry developments.

　　Maintaincommunication with key partners across the Microsoft ecosystem to achieve desirable user experiences and meet the dynamic needs of partners and customers through product development.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

　　OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

　　OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

　　OR equivalent experience.
