Description

　　The Customer Reviews team is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Technology to re-envision star ratings on Amazon. You’ll need to operate with a high level of autonomy, operate analytically, working backwards from data and customer insights to tackle this highly ambiguous and high impact area. You will partner and engage with senior leaders across multiple Senior VP organizations to define and drive the changes.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Define the vision for star ratings to make it more helpful for customers working with research and design teams

　　Collaborate with partners across catalog, detail page, community risk to define how we share star ratings across similar products.

　　Define the science enhancements to improve review sharing across similar products

　　Improve the trust guardrails to build an abuse resistant CX for star ratings

　　Drive discussion across multiple Senior VP teams to align on highly debated topics

　　Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building the best customer experience

　　Partner with multiple engineering, data science, PR and marketing teams to build and deliver on the product roadmap.

　　The Customer Reviews team owns the reviews CX and technology solutions WW. We invest in LLM based solutions across the entire CX and launched Reviews Highlights.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics

　　Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering

　　Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

　　Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

　　Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

　　Experience with end to end product delivery

　　Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

　　Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience owning data-centric products

　　Experience implementing science powered solutions
