　　The Compensation Management Team at UKG is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager. You will be an essential member of an innovative, highly collaborative agile development team which delivers innovative solutions for UKG’s customers in the areas of Compensation Management.

　　You will shape and execute the overall vision to reduce the time-to-live, data exchange between modules and ease the customer configurations.

　　Principal Responsibilities

　　•Monitor daily issues as identified.

　　•Builds and manages the backlog with the support of the Product Owner & Engineering teams.

　　•Based on Product Management guidance break features into vertically sliced stories and clearly communicates these requirements to engineers and designers via user stories, use case scenarios and acceptance criteria.

　　•Align on MVP with Product Management and prioritize a critical path of backlog items to deliver it

　　•Advocates for agile thinking and delivery.

　　•Helps define and measure Product metrics.

　　•Ensures any required artifacts are associated with epics and stories to enable delivery

　　•Be a ‘Product expert’ to support and guide engineers and stakeholders

　　•Collaborates across the organization and with Engineering creating a bridge to other teams as required to clearly understand dependencies and drive solution delivery.

　　•Collaborates with Sales, Services, and Support teams to ensure their needs are being met.

　　•Assists services and engineering with troubleshooting product escalations from customers.

　　•Stays current with evolving product practices and development methodologies and learns new skills as needed

　　Qualifications

　　Basic Candidate Qualifications:

　　•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline

　　•9 or more years' experience in product management with total experience of 10 or more years in IT industry.

　　•You have strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand the dynamic business and evolving needs of our customers.

　　• Basic in-depth knowledge of SQL Platforms.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　•Experience working with teams located internationally.

　　•Functional, technical knowledge & experience with HCM products and underlying data structures.

　　•You have knowledge in Compensation Management requirements, preferably in (but not required)

　　•Able to guide individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome.

　　•Ability to use data to help inform and prioritize product decisions and priorities.

　　•Obsessed with delivering value to customers.

　　• Enterprise SaaS software solution experience

　　• Commercial product management experience or similar

　　• Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies
