Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband internet connectivity to unserved and under-served communities around the world.
In this role as a PM-T, you will be part of the core technical team building the product offered to customers. Defining customer experience and helping to shape the services offered. This role is focused on Internet Service Provider services and regulatory requirements.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers and product managers across the org to define products and services for customers.
Lead Kuiper's Internet Service Provider (ISP) product planning for countries around the world.
Define Lawful Intercept and data retention solutions for regulatory compliance.
Deliver detailed customer experience and technical system design requirements to engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
Experience defining Internet Service Provider product requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
