About Principal PM Manager

  We are looking for a PM lead to join our team and lead the development of our community and social media product. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap, as well as managing the product development process from ideation to launch. You will also mentor and coach other product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and customer service.

  Responsibilities

  Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the product, aligning with the company’s goals and user needs

  Conduct market research, user research, competitive analysis and data analysis to identify product opportunities and validate product hypotheses

  Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to the development team and other stakeholders

  Manage the product development process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the product features and functionalities

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of the product development and launch

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business or related field

  5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the social media and community industry

  Experience in leading and managing product teams and projects, from ideation to launch

  Experience in conducting market research, user research, competitive analysis and data analysis, and using various tools and methods, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, analytics, etc.

  Experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and writing clear and concise documentation

  Strong knowledge of the social media and community industry, trends, best practices and technologies

  Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
