Summary of Role:
This position is for a Product Integration Principal Engineer to be a part of a Fab Integration engineering team participating in advance technology development and manufacturing implementation in a state of the art 300mm wafer fab
Essen tial Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems
Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development
Work with cross function teams to resolve technical & yield concerns
Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process
Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals
Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Master/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
Experience – Minimum of 4-6 Years Semiconductor/Fab related experience in advance technology (20nm node or below). Experience in transferring, implementing, ramping, and sustaining process technologies in a high-volume foundry manufacturing setting, with a focus on customer specific product/ technology targeting and customization, process simplification and optimization for yield improvement and cost reduction.
