Responsibilities
Drive the technical strategy, vision for a compelling developer platform on top of Teams mobile core, ensuring alignment with company-wide engineering principles.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, Lead and mentor a team of skilled mobile engineers, managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and timely delivery of committed initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Encourage innovation and experimentation, fostering a culture that values creative solutions to complex problems.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership by providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of technical engineering experience with 5+ years of leading and managing high-performance mobile engineering teams.
In-depth knowledge of mobile development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Demonstrated experience in fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
