　　Summary of Role:

　　GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking experienced professionals to support the state of the art 300mm semiconductor manufacturing and development in Malta, New York. The core responsibilities of this team involve ownership of process integration of semiconductor devices; monitoring performance and driving improvements related to technology yield, Cp/Cpk of inline and electrical parameters, defectivity, and more. The team is also responsible for the development of new and emerging technologies through definition/execution of experiments and technical data analysis. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a technical understanding of semiconductor principles and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve semiconductor technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　D rive analytics synergy and digitize reports for faster decision making and single source of truth .

　　Develop Advanced analytics which step forward the performance of the factory significantly.

　　Work closely with Fab 8 MFG Ops / PC Teams to balance the delivery between Production and Development .

　　Perform all activities in a safe a n d responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

　　Required Qualifications :

　　At least 3 years of manufacturing or Production Planning experience with broad-based technical knowledge.

　　Skills: SQL/Power BI/Python/Java/Excel

　　Experience in overall semiconductor Production Planning and Control methodology

　　Top-Notch people skills to motivate and inspire others, ability to lead without direct authority

　　Experience in project management

　　Ability to interact and lead in highly matrixed organizations such as Supply Chain, Customer Engineering, AME, MFG Ops

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.

　　Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs

　　Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments

　　Expected Salary Range

　　$70,700.00 - $133,100.00
