Data base management of all relevant documents

Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload

Research and analysis of complex legal documents Requirements - Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

Strong problem-solving skills

Complaint Handling experience highly preferred

Earlier work involving Personal Injury Litigation

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of Adobe Acrobat

Adeptness in Billing Functions

Foundational knowledge in Management System

Good understanding of personal injury plaintiffs

Background working with Personal Injury Law

General familiarity with Calendar Management

Practical knowledge of Claim Administration

Demonstrated knowledge of Briefing

Command of Case Management Software

LexisNexis experience

Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
