Summary Akey member of the Distribution Performance team that partners andadvises Managing Partners on their operations. Considered the primarybusiness advisor, relationship manager and performance driver, withholistic accountability for 3-4 network offices. Drive performance ofthese affiliates by applying problem solving and experience basedjudgment to the complex challenges of these businesses. These challengesholistically include local strategy, financial management, talentdevelopment optimization, culture refinement, regulatory compliance andleadership development. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Influenceand execute on affiliate business plans and align these plans with theCompany strategy. Stage, sequence and deliver strategic initiativeswithin each distribution affiliate. Collaborates with the affiliate\'sleadership team to operationalize and execute strategy locally. Providereal time feedback and collaborate with corporate partners on thedevelopment of strategic initiatives. Develop and communicaterecommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications Minimum 8-10 yearsof progressively responsible work experience emphasizing decisionmaking, finance, consultation, influence, and communication. Advancedgraduate degree and excellent academic record required (e.g. MBA, PhD,etc.). CFA or CPA preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Anunderstanding of economic forces affecting the financial servicesindustry. Critically and logically evaluates costs, risks and benefitsof alternatives before coming to a solution. Engages in and modelscourageous and constructive dialogue; confidence to offer a new andpotentially challenging idea to foster conversation and criticalthinking; ability to deliver difficult / complex messages and helpothers understand multiple points of view. Demonstrated ability toanticipate and respond quickly and creatively to change and shifting,sometimes competing, priorities. Comfort operating through risk anduncertainty in a high- volume work environment. Knowledge of fieldcompensation, general and district agent contracts, and agency financesand operations preferred.
