　　The Principal Data Scientist will leverage our vast and diverse data to discover product insights. The role will also establish and mature the data science practice across the organization.

　　About Team: Associate Digital Experience (ADE)

　　Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally. The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) organization builds and supports associate facing applications and experiences. We seek to remove the friction points as an associate's navigates their work day and build consumer grade experiences. As a member of the Engineering Excellence team, you will guide and support our innovative product teams.

　　What you'll do:

　　Work with product teams to discover insights and drive action.Establish the best practices and governance for data science.Contribute to the design of a Data Lake to support data analysis.Mentor and teach junior associates interested in data science.

　　What you'll bring:

　　Proven data science experience, with a penchant for driving action.Ability to understand and analyze new data sets and how they fit into the big picture.Proven leader who willingly mentors and teaches junior associates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to influence at all levels, from new hires to executives.
