　　Fidelity Labs is looking for a Principal Data Scientist to join a growing startup. The startup's focus is building innovative technology for financial services. This role will be responsible for working closely with data scientists, technical leads and product managers to bring game-changing ideas to market.

　　MS/PhD in data science, statistics or similar quantitative field OR senior level (4+ years) practical experience on the jobHands on expertise in data extraction, cleaning, and preparation; feature extraction; model training and evaluationProven experience building analytics that deliver useful insights from large datasetsProven track record of delivering production machine learning tools that solve business problems

　　The Skills You Bring

　　Excellent programming skills in Python and Pandas. Familiarity with PyCharm is a plus.Excellent experience in standard machine learning approaches, statistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning techniquesStrong communication skills, you are able to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive problem definitions and meet business requirementsBonus points for building production ML model containers at scale (Docker, SageMaker, Flask)
