　　Key job responsibilities

　　Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs. We are looking for hands-on application architects and developers who will:

　　Work with senior customer leaders (CIO and CTO) to build a common vision and architecture based on the transformation strategy

　　Lead migration or modernization project for complex/ mission-critical system as technical leaders from sales phase to deliver phase.

　　Present the strategy and vision to the C-suite including CEOs, COO, CFO, CIO and CTO

　　Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership teams and Field Sales organization

　　Engage with AWS Partners such as system integrators, multiple ISVs and other partners

　　Basic Qualifications

　　10+ years of experience building and implementing technical infrastructure and services, and/or consulting experience advising such operations

　　5+ years in a technical leadership role e.g. CTO, Head of Technology, Engineering/Technology Director,

　　Business proficiency in Japanese, and English.

　　エンタープライズアーキテクチャの策定や、複雑な業務システムの設計・実装の10年以上の経験、または、コンサルティング経験

　　CTO、エンタープライズアーキテクト、テクノロジー責任者、プリンシパルソリューションアーキテクト、リードアーキテクトなど、テクニカルリーダーシップの役割を5年以上

　　英語と日本語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション（会話・読み書き）

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures.

　　Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

　　Broad based technology experience including cloud computing, applications development, DevOps, IoT, relational databases, NoSQL databases, analytics, networking, security, storage, compute, continuous deployment, containers, and management and monitoring.

　　Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT infrastructure and adoption.

　　Experience in driving and successfully closing large complex deals in a highly matrixed organization.

　　Use of AWS services in distributed environments with Enterprise Software
