About the Role
The Principal Business Analyst will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for leading Business Analysis and driving the success of agile squads. This individual will combine expertise in business analysis with strong leadership in Scrum methodologies, playing a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, guiding colleagues, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Conducting thorough analysis of business needs to develop effective solutions.
Providing guidance to the business analysts, including line management.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working closely with product owners to ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts.
Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies.
Coordinating and facilitating Scrum forums and knowledge-sharing sessions. Ensure consistent application of agile methodologies and practices across the organization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and priorities.
Requirements
Have expertise in business analysis methodologies and techniques.
Experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes.
Demonstrate technical understanding across various methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages.
Experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology, e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN.
Be able to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
Able to guide and mentor less-experienced team members.
Be able to lead teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance to the business analysts, including line management.
