Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Pricing Channel Manager plays a critical role in deployment of device offers in Boost Mobile’s sales channels while creating alignment across various operational teams to bring our offers to market. This role is part of the Wireless Product team and focuses on implementation and integration of offers while fostering strong partnerships with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Partners closely with the Device Offer Planning team to align on offer launch strategies and timing

Develop partnerships and provide communications to all teams involved with pricing implementation for Boost Mobile’s various sales channels

Collaborate with sales leadership and media marketing teams on upcoming promotional offers and media campaigns to drive alignment across the organization

Work with the Marketing Analytics team to provide reporting on offer performance, market dynamics, and ensure compliance with regulations

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience in program management, pricing, finance, or related roles, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
