　　Job Description:

　　The Pricing Analyst supports the pricing and product team at PULSE to identify any changes in client volume (merchant or issuer). The team works on various ad hoc requests that assist with strategic planning and this role will help drive revenue for the business.

　　What You'll Do

　　• Provide financial and business analysis support.

　　• Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

　　How You'll Do It

　　• Develops profitability analyses and projections for marketing and customer segments.

　　• Analyzes customer behaviors and product profitability trends to understand financial implications and influence actions.

　　• Develops and enhances financial models. Improves forecasting accuracy and drives business insights.

　　• Provides management with strategic advice and financial analyses for investment decisions, pricing changes, and channel and segment expansions.

　　• Performs competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and actions.

　　• Translates business opportunities and issues into financial analyses. Develops business cases with recommendations to management.

　　Qualifications You'll Need

　　The Basics:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

　　• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Investment Banking, or related

　　Bonus Points If You Have:

　　• Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

　　• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Investment Banking, or related

　　• Ability to make thoughtful business decisions based on ambiguous data

　　• Good problem solving and communication skills

　　• Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint knowledge

　　• Business data analysis/pricing experience

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
