  Credit cards play an important role in daily life as consumers look to build a brighter financial future. Our Product Strategy team sits within Enterprise Marketing and helps ensure our credit card products meet consumer needs while driving long-term growth for the organization.

  In this role you will be responsible for understanding and monitoring the current credit card landscape, consumer needs, business performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance products and increase market and wallet share. This work requires a leader who excels in cross functional collaboration, bringing teams together to develop data-drive strategies based on consumer insights, market and competitive trends, and business impact. This person will also support Rewards & Product Strategy leadership on strategic planning and organizational administrative initiatives across the team.

  Responsibilities:

  Analyzes industry and consumer trends, identifies consumer insight opportunities, and makes recommendations that will inform product roadmap.Leads and influences a large cross-functional business team to deliver an integrated end-to-end experience across all channels.Communicates with senior management and cross-functional management teams on progress of key initiatives and KPIs.Develops, prioritizes, and oversees the execution of products and features in alignment with key priorities of Products and Innovation team. Defines and implements against project plan to ensure project delivery.Leads effort to manage compliance controls and risks, prevent errors and address issues.Develops product scorecard and manage KPIs for performance against annual goals.Supports leadership in chief of staff capacities

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related fieldIn lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related field

  Preferred Qualifications

  Master's Degree in Business, or related fieldExperience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Analytics or related field

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
