The incumbent will primarily provide pricing analysis and consultation to support the Pricing Department. The Pricing Analyst will support the implementation and administration of pricing tools and resources, develop pricing and budget templates, maintain a library of pricing content, and assist with creating client and matter-appropriate fee arrangements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThese essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation.Assist with pricing initiatives to improve customer service delivery.Create pricing scenarios to assist with fee arrangement development.Support pricing tools development and administration.Provide timely, accurate, and relevant client and matter financial information.Build forecasting models based on multiple levels and potential outcomes.Analyze data sets, provide relevant commentaries, and align conclusions to the audience.Proactively look at the impact of historical data on future outcomes.Identify areas for automation of pricing processes.Perform other duties, as assigned.Be present during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed in the position, consistent with the firm's attendance expectations.TRAVELThis position may require travel.SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREDSuperior analytical skills and strong financial capabilities.Proficiency working with web-based systems to extract as well as input information.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Word, PowerPoint, and document management systems.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Experience with database tools and financial information reporting tools.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus-based support for achieving goals and establishing processes.Ability to build rapport and collegial working relationships with coworkers, partners, and across departments.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible with current and future responsibilities.Work well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.SPECIFIC SKILLS PREFERREDPower BI & Microsoft SharePoint experience.Ability to apply a theoretical and logical approach to problem-solving.Highly numerate.Methodical and meticulous approach to work.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, Statistics, or Business.Advanced degree preferred, CPA, MBA.A minimum of three years of financial professional experience.Law firm, service firm, or related experience.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
