Our work depends on a Price to Win Director joining our Competitive Intelligence & Price To Win (CI/PTW) Group within the firm's Corporate Growth organization. The primary focus of this position is to lead the Price to Win analysis for the company’s most strategic bids.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Assess government RFP price evaluation models to determine the key cost and price levers for the evaluated bid price
Develop the probable competitive evaluated bid price range considering the RFP evaluation criteria, customer buying behaviors, and competitive positioning on non-price evaluation factors
Substantiate the probable bid range based on quantitative data such as customer budget data, salary and wrap rate modeling, labor profile modeling, industry benchmarks & metrics, reverse engineering of past bids, and expert judgment
Collect and analyze data on government customer budgets, spending, and industry benchmarks to support top-down Price to Win (PTW) analysis
Collect and analyze competitor cost/price data to support bottom-up PTW analysis
Conduct business case analysis considering bid and execution models
Brief Senior Leadership and "make the case" for the PTW recommendation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
10+ years of related experience in pricing, pricing strategy, and/or PTW with 5+ years of specific PTW experience
Experience in the government contracting market with a focus on IT services to include infrastructure, managed services, cyber, systems engineering, “as a service” models, and complex software bids including Agile
Proficiency with market research tools and databases such as Deltek, BGov, DACIS, FPDS, USASpending, etc.
Ethics: Highest level of professional integrity and honesty, as well as personal credibility.
Strong research, analytical, and presentation building skills
Results-Oriented: A self-starter who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
US Citizenship is required
Must be willing to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization and analysis tools
Intel Community experience with an active clearance or ability to obtain one
