　　General Statement

　　Gallatin College seeks qualified individuals to provide non-tenurable level instruction and/or related functions.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Gallatin College Montana State University seeks part-time ( NTT ) instructors to teach one or more of the following courses

　　GibbsCAM

　　Machine Shop

　　CNC Turning

　　CNC Milling

　　Tooling for CNC

　　CNC Lathe Operation

　　CNC Milling Programmer

　　Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills

　　Demonstrated industry experience as a CNC Lathe Operation and/or Programming experience, including familiarity with Haas Controls.

　　Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department

　　Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills

　　Three to five years industry experience with CNC Lathe Operation and Programming, with expertise on Haas Controls.

　　Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity

　　The Program

　　Students completing the Certificate of Applied Science—CNC Machine Technology will acquire the skills necessary for entry-level jobs in CNC machining. Students will work to attain National Institute for Metalworking Skills credentials ( NIMS ), complete Haas V-F Series Milling Machine and GUI control setup, and gain knowledge and operations of Mastercam, Gibbs, and G-code.
