　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Deliver exceptional work, consistent service, and expert technical support. Dive into tasks involving testing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and reconditioning Pressure Relief Valves. Be a key player in upholding top-notch standards and making a significant impact in the world of valve operations.

　　THE ROLE:

　　Inspect and diagnose components and equipment for servicing needs.

　　Obtain authorization from equipment owners for servicing and repairs.

　　Clean valves, inspect internal parts, and document critical dimensions.

　　Update and maintain valve documentation.

　　Assemble and test valves to meet specifications and code compliance.

　　Perform painting and tagging as required.

　　Service and repair equipment on-site using a mobile service unit.

　　Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

　　Communicate equipment servicing needs to Branch Supervisor/Manager.

　　Document work performed and complete service paperwork.

　　Complete work orders.

　　Participate in manufacturers' and in-house service training.

　　Attend required Health & Safety Training.

　　Comply with Health & Safety program and practices.

　　Execute daily duties in a manner conducive to a safe workplace.

　　Utilize Manufacturers' online support.

　　Conduct housekeeping duties.

　　Maintain a professional company image.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Computer Experience: Proficient; quick to learn new software.

　　Work Experience: 1+ years.

　　Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication; exceptional customer service; mechanical aptitude; analytical and problem-solving skills.
