　　Responsibilities include: Run progressive and transfer dies, Set up and help with coil/die change, Monitor operation of production for quality, Monitor production equipment for proper operation, Inspect parts visually for quality defects. Must be able to understand and follow instructions. Be able to lift 40 pounds. Experience using micrometers, calipers and gages a plus. DIRECT HIRE PROGRESSIVE PAY SCALE BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST WORK OVERTIME AS NEEDED
