Hiring For Press Break Operator
in Little Canada, MN
Paying -$23/hr to $30/hr
Description:
Proficiently operate and program any of the press brakes
Be proficient and understand the geometry of forming and programming the machines.
Clearly understand prints supplied and work with CAD department when a more defined print is required.
Work with CAD department to maintain the brake program files on the server and ensure that there is only “ONE” program for each part number per machine.
Able to assist in updating customer prints and routers for all programming and tooling information.
Perform first piece inspections of parts as they come off the brakes, and spot check parts to ensure continued quality.
Helping schedule maintenance for the machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and make sure tooling inventory is properly managed.
Ability to successfully use the AS400 computer software, complete paperwork, and create production reports.
Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person, or management.
Shift & Pay:
All shifts available- 1st ,2nd and 3rd.
Pay- $23/hr to $30/hr
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
press brake experience.
Shop math.
overhead crane operation
blueprint reading.
Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
Will need STEEL TOES
Will wear safety gloves, safety glasses, and a hard hat.
