　　We are looking for passionate individuals that will support the teaching teams in the development of an education program for children ages 3-5. These positions will also assist in driving the small bus in order to help the preschoolers get to school. Obtaining a CDL will be a requirement.

　　This is a float position that will assist the classrooms located in Defiance and Archbold Head Start classrooms. The hourly pay noted below is based on applicants with a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. If you have a CDA or college diploma, pay rates are higher.

　　*35/hrs weekly = *Monday-Thursday (7.5-8.5 hour days) and Friday mornings (2-5 hours).

　　$484.40/wkOnce CDL is obtained = $530.95/wkQualifications:

　　High School Diploma or GEDOne year working in an Early Childhood Education program, preferred.Must be able to stand for periods at a timeMust be able to work in a classroom environment that is physically flexible to the needs of children ages 3-5.Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and be insurable through NOCAC's vehicle insurance carrier. Must be over the age of 21.Pre-employment and ongoing job requirements as specified by the funding source and/or NOCAC policy including: background screening, drug/alcohol screening, and employment physical.If you are excited about the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children in your community, we invite you to apply for one of these positions.
