What You’ll Do

　　You will lead us to success in business development and account management for girls’ club volleyball programs around the country.  You will leverage our established sales processes to achieve sales goals, expand our network of program relationships, and enhance the event experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will involve regular communication to build and cultivate positive relationships with club programs, and you will play a pivotal role in recommending tournament schedules and suitable dates and venues for future events.

　　Core Responsibilities

　　Outreach : Build and maintain relationships with club directors, including partnerships with clubs as necessary

　　Events: Select potential dates and markets for future Prep Dig tournament schedules including expansion of new events

　　Showcases: Assist with the date selection for Prep Dig showcases including those partner showcases before national tournaments

　　Collaborate: Assist the Event Operations team with facility selection and hiring event directors

　　Must-haves in a Candidate

　　Track Record: Efficiently manage your schedule, prioritizing key tasks and responsibilities to maximize productivity.

　　Influence. Extensive network in the volleyball community and a drive to grow it. 

　　Self-Motivation & Grind: Background in sales is a plus, but willingness for cold outreach is key.

　　Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with directors and coaches.

　　Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, as well as experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM experience.  

　　Nice-to-haves in a Candidate
